A flexible, story‑driven library showing people with disabilities using Amazon devices in personal and authentic moments. Each scene was built around small gestures and lived‑in spaces, letting the devices sit naturally in the rhythm of everyday life.
A series of 8 to 10 character‑driven scenes were art directed to reflect each person’s individuality and lived experience, with casting, personas, wardrobe, props, and device interactions shaped to avoid stereotypes and keep the focus on real life. Talent represented a wide range of visible and non‑visible disabilities, and internal advocacy groups helped ensure the work reflected respectful and accurate representation.
Spanning more than 15 devices across multiple product lines and representing people with disabilities that have never been showcased in ads before, the library has become a hearty resource for Amazon’s accessibility and devices teams. Images have appeared across product pages, internal surfaces, and conference materials, helping more customers feel seen in the technology they use every day.
